Who We Are
We are an information website, dedicated to providing our patients with support and advice for specific lifestyle conditions online. We provide in-depth information on various medical conditions; however, we have no involvement in the processing of any orders.
This website is an affiliate of Hexpress Ltd, which provide the following medical services.
Doctors
Hexpress Ltd only use EU and UK registered doctors to review your personal consultations online, and to determine whether the treatment you select is the best prescription medication for you. All our UK doctors are required to be registered with the General Medical Council (GMC), a regulatory body for doctors within the UK. The GMC ensures the safe and good practise of medicine amongst UK registered doctors.
Pharmacy
Once your prescription has been approved by the doctor, your payment is pre-authorised and Hexpress Ltd use a licensed pharmacy to dispense your medication in discreet, tamper-proof boxes for delivery to your door. All of the pharmacies are required to be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and are required to display the Registered Pharmacy site seal to indicate their legitimacy and registration with this regulatory body. The General Pharmaceutical Council is responsible for regulating pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy premises in the UK.
Service
Once your order has been approved and dispatched by Hexpress Ltd, you will receive your treatment within 24 hours – or depending on which delivery method you selected at checkout. Hexpress Ltd offers their patients a range of different shipping options, including same-day and next-day delivery; and EU and international delivery. All of the individual delivery options are described in more detail on our Shipping page.
If for some reason your prescription is not authorised by the doctor, your order will not be processed and your card will not be charged.
