How We Work

If this is the first time you've ordered medication online with Hexpress Ltd, you may have some questions about the products and services.

This website is an affiliate of Hexpress Ltd, who offer a discreet, professional and reliable online service, and a convenient and simple way to purchase prescription medications from the comfort of your own home.

Because all the medications are prescription only, you will be required to fill in a simple, free online consultation form where you will be asked some medical questions.

How does the service work?

Choose your medication

To order online with Hexpress Ltd, the first thing you need to do is choose the medication you wish to purchase.

Create a login and enter your delivery address

Next you will be required to enter your email address and a password to create your own secure member's area of the website. The member's area allows you to view your details and order history at any time, as well as the specified delivery address where you wish to have your medication shipped to.

Take a free medical consultation

You will then fill out a free online consultation form that will ask you about your general medical history; as well as some specific medical questions related to the medication you wish to purchase and the condition it is related to.

Doctor reviews your consultation

Once the free online consultation is complete, Hexpress Ltd’s registered doctors will then review your consultation form to ensure that you are eligible to take the medication.

Prescription sent to pharmacy

Once the doctor has approved your prescription, your payment will be processed by Hexpress Ltd and your prescription will be sent to their registered pharmacy, where they will dispense your medication by checking the date and batch numbers and printing the required labels.

Medication dispatched

The pharmacist will then perform a final check against the prescription, to ensure that you are suitable to take the treatment, place your medication in tamper-proof packaging and dispatch the medication to your chosen delivery address.

If the doctor feels that your medical history makes you ineligible for that specific medication, the order will be suspended and you will not be charged for the medication. You will receive an email specifying why the medication could not be prescribed, and you may be presented with a list of alternative medications that may be more suitable for you to take.
