Hexpress Ltd provide a completely free of charge next-day delivery service to any UK destination with Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on the same day and you will receive your treatment the very next day.

Same-day delivery

In addition, Hexpress Ltd also offer a premium same-day delivery service to all addresses within 40 miles of London. The costs of this service are dependent on your exact location within the London area, which are divided into three zones. Delivery to all London postcodes costs £4.95; delivery to outer London (everywhere within the M25) costs £19.95; and delivery outside London (everywhere outside the M25) costs £39.95.

EU shipping

Hexpress Ltd's UPS orders are delivered free of charge to any EU destination, and will be delivered within one to two working days. Placing your order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, will guarantee that your medication will be shipped the very same day.

International shipping

Hexpress Ltd also dispatch orders to destinations outside the UK and EU at no additional cost to you, with Royal Mail's International Signed-For service. Delivery will be made within three to five working days, and orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched on the same day.

Packaging

Hexpress Ltd offer a secure and discreet treatment delivery service and take effective measures to ensure that there is no mention of this website, Hexpress Ltd or the treatment you ordered anywhere on the outside of the package you receive. All of the orders are dispatched in tamper-proof boxes, additionally placed in a standard courier envelope. Only your name and address, a return address and the courier company you selected for your delivery will be visible on the outer packaging.
